About The Event

Breath sits at the heart of yoga, shaping our energy, our nervous system, and our capacity to be present.

In this 2.5 hour special workshop, we explore the foundations of pranayama through both practice and understanding. We will look at where pranayama comes from, its place within the yogic path, and how breath practices were traditionally approached, before gently working with accessible techniques you can safely integrate into your own practice.


This workshop is designed for curious practitioners and yoga enthusiasts who want to build a clear, grounded relationship with pranayama, without force or strain.

Expect discussion, guided practice, rest, and space for questions.

No prior pranayama or yoga experience required.
