Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-led practice that weaves movement and stillness into a fluid, continuous sequence.
Classes typically begin with a gentle grounding, gradually building heat through creative sequences of standing and balancing postures, before softening into slower shapes and rest. Expect a balance of challenge and ease, with options offered to support all levels of experience.
Vinyasa invites you to connect deeply with your body, quiet the mind, and find a sense of flow both on and off the mat.

Yin & Sound
Yin & Sound is a 75-minute deeply nourishing class designed to calm the nervous system and restore body and mind. We begin with gentle breathwork to settle and centre, move into long-held yin postures to release fascia and invite stillness, and close with immersive sound to support integration and deep rest.
Expect a slow, grounding practice that leaves you feeling spacious, balanced, and profoundly relaxed.

Yin & Yang
Yin & Yang is a 75 minute balanced practice that weaves together dynamic movement and deep stillness. We begin with a gently energising yang flow to build warmth, strength, and circulation, then transition into longer held yin postures to release fascia, calm the nervous system, and invite introspection. This class offers the best of both worlds, effort and ease, activation and surrender, leaving you feeling strong, open, and deeply restored.

Somatic Yin & Nidra
FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH
A slow, meditative practice that blends the stillness of Yin with gentle somatic movement to support deep release and nervous system regulation. Move with awareness & soften habitual tension. Explore simple, intuitive movements to awaken sensation and restore mobility, transitioning into longer held Yin postures. Each 90 min session gently unfolds into an extended Yoga Nidra, offering a deeply restorative state between waking and sleep.
Expect a grounding, inward focused experience that soothes the mind, releases held tension, and cultivates a sense of ease and embodiment. Suitable for all bodies.

Sound Bath with Brooke
LAST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH
A deeply immersive, rest based practice guided by Brooke that uses sound and vibration to support nervous system regulation and inner stillness. Layers of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instrumentation create a soothing soundscape, inviting the body to soften and the mind to unwind.
Settle into deep rest as waves of sound move through the space.
Expect a calming, inward focused experience that quiets the mind, eases held tension, and leaves you feeling nourished and at ease.
Bring socks, blanket, pillow or hoodie.
