Sol Heart Yoga is a collaboration between Daniele Anzaldi and Anouk, born from a shared passion for yoga, movement, and soulful connection. Together, they bring their diverse backgrounds, experience, and heartfelt teaching into a unified space offering transformative yoga retreats and teacher trainings.

Sol Heart Yoga was created as a home for meaningful practice—a place where students and teachers alike can grow, heal, and connect through movement, mindfulness, and community. Rooted in tradition and informed by modern approaches, their offerings are designed to support personal transformation while nurturing a deeper connection to self and others.

Daniele believes that everyone deserves to be valued—and that everyone has something meaningful to offer. His teaching is grounded in this belief, creating inclusive spaces where students feel both empowered and inspired. His teaching is rooted in tradition, personal experience, and a genuine love for sharing the wisdom of yoga.

Trained in a wide range of yoga disciplines, Daniele brings depth and diversity to his classes. His practice spans dynamic styles like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hatha, as well as more introspective approaches such as Yin, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and sound healing. For over five years, he has committed to a daily practice with consistency and devotion, embracing a vegetarian lifestyle and living simply in alignment with yogic principles.

In 2019, Daniele traveled to Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—where he completed his 200-hour teacher training (Master Level 1) under Yogi Sanjeev Semwal at his traditional ashram. He has continued to deepen his studies with a 50-hour Yin Yoga training with Loka Yoga, and a 100-hour course focused on yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, and Yoga Nidra guided by Dr. Rohit Chobe and Manesh Ji. He also holds an 80-hour Kids & Teens Yoga certification through Jeanne Walsh and Loka Yoga.

Anouk Viana

Anouk is a yoga and Pilates instructor based in the Swan Valley, Australia, with a passion for movement that heals, uplifts, and empowers. Her teaching integrates evidence-based movement science with traditional yoga practices to create classes that are both joyful and deeply therapeutic.

Her yoga journey began as a way to heal from injuries caused by years of polo and horse training. In her very first yoga class, she experienced an unexpected release—an emotional and energetic shift that marked the beginning of a lifelong love for the practice. Since then, yoga and Pilates have become central to her way of life, bringing clarity, resilience, and a deep sense of connection.

Guided by a desire to support others on their own paths, Anouk has studied yoga Watukaru at a Balinese ashram, hot yoga, vinyasa sequencing, and completed a 300-hour advanced training with her mentor, Daniela Mandala. Anouk is an Ambassador for SOHA - School of Healing Arts in Bali.

Known for her warm, inclusive teaching style, Anouk brings a playful spirit to her classes shaped in part by her love of dance, movement and music. Her mission is to offer every student a positive, embodied movement experience—one that supports health, fitness, and self-awareness through every stage of life.
