I hereby agree to the following: I am participating in the retreat/training offered by Sol Heart Yoga (the retreat/training hosts), during which I will receive information and instruction in Yoga, Meditation, breathwork and other movement classes, swimming (if you choose), bushwalking on uneven terrain, temple visit and other retreat activities. I recognize that these activities require physical exertion. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and take full responsibility for myself during all activities and free time. I understand that Sol Heart Yoga, staff and contractors will take all care, but shall not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the retreat/training.
I understand that if I am pregnant, that I am of fit health to participate in the training or retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant as well as noting it on my booking form.
I agree I will be fully and financially responsible for my own physical condition and well-being during the retreat/training and will follow the safety precautions and instructions prescribed by the retreat hosts.
By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the the retreat/training host's website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on the retreat/training.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this training or retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and any or all activities done with Sol Heart Yoga, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided. I understand it is recommended and forms part of the retreat/training terms and conditions to ensure I have adequate travel insurance and will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of illness or injury. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
