Service Description
This 60 minute meditation class offers a gentle and accessible space to slow down, reconnect, and restore. Suitable for all levels, each session explores a range of meditation techniques drawn from traditional yogic practices and contemporary mindfulness. You may experience breath awareness, mantra, guided visualisation, body scanning, or simple seated stillness, with clear guidance to support both beginners and experienced practitioners. Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere and practices that support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and inner steadiness. Come as you are — no prior experience needed. Cancellation Policy
1. Class Bookings Classes must be booked in advance thru the Sol Heart Yoga website. Bookings can be made, cancelled, or changed online through your account. Spaces are limited and operate on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has begun to maintain safety and flow of the session. 2. Pricing Sol Heart Yoga offers the following class pass options: Single Class Pass $25 5 Class Pass $100 10 Class Pass $180 All purchases are final and non refundable. 3. Class Pass Validity Class passes are valid for the following periods: Single Class Pass — valid for 1 month from purchase 5 Class Pass — valid for 3 months from purchase 10 Class Pass — valid for 6 months from purchase Unused classes cannot be refunded or extended except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Sol Heart Yoga. 4. Pop Up Class Schedule Sol Heart Yoga offers a flexible schedule of pop up classes. The timetable may change depending on teacher availability, venue access, and attendance. Sol Heart Yoga reserves the right to add, modify, or cancel classes when necessary. If a class is cancelled, the class credit will be returned to your account. 5. Cancellations and Changes Bookings may be cancelled or changed at any time thru the online booking system. If you cannot attend a class, please cancel your booking so the space may be offered to another participant. 6. Health and Personal Responsibility By attending classes, you confirm that you are able to participate in yoga practice. Please inform the teacher of any injuries or medical conditions before class. Participants are responsible for practising within their limits. 7. Liability Waiver Participation in yoga classes is undertaken at your own risk. Sol Heart Yoga, its teachers, contractors, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of the premises. By attending, you accept responsibility for your participation and release Sol Heart Yoga and its teachers from any related claims. 8. Personal Belongings Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Sol Heart Yoga is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 9. Code of Conduct We aim to create a respectful and welcoming environment. Participants are expected to arrive on time, treat teachers and fellow students with respect, and follow the teacher’s guidance.
